Technical data : 
  • It collect 170 high-quality spectra per second;
  • Pixel sizes of 6.25µ and 25µ;
  • Image sizes that match sample sizes.
Applications: characterization of the materials and manufacturing processes; pharmaceutical industry; analysis of paint chips, drugs, fibers and explosives, to fiber-plastic fusion studies and imaging of tablets, packaging and documents; examine processes and chemical changes in a wide range of diseases including, among others, osteoporosis, cancer and tumor growth, protein-folding diseases etc.
