Proprietati intrinseci in materiale dielectrice de microunde investigate prin spectroscopie de terahertzi in domeniul temporal

Principalul obiectiv al proiectului este investigarea surselor extrinseci care degradeaza permitivitaea complexa a dielectricilor/ferroelectricilor cu pierderi scazute in microunde, unde milimetrice si unde submilimetrice. Studiile se vor concentra asupra dispersiei pe banda foarte larga de frecvente a unor dielectrici (e.g. titanati, tantalati) si a unor filme feroelectrice pe baza de titanat de bariu, cu diferite microstructuri. In acest sens vor fi preparate esantioane prin utilizarea mai multor tehnici experimentale (tehnologie ceramica conventionala, sinterizare cu descarcare in plasma, pulverizare catodica in radio frecventa si ablatie cu fascicol laser pulsat).

  • Ceramici ZST nedopate cu pierderi reduse si densificare de 99,9 % prin SPS;
  • Ceramici BMT cu pierderi extrem de reduse prin CTT;
  • Ceramici BMT dezordonate cu pierderi reduse si densificare de 98,5 % prin SPS;
  • Filme BST groase prin PLD si RFMS;
  • Algoritm pentru extragerea proprietatilor dielectrice din datele de THz-TDS.
