Exibitors Registration

The companies wishing to register as exhibitor/sponsor of Joint ICAME 2021 and HYPERFINE 2021 Conferences will follow the procedure similar to regular registration procedure.

The first step requires filling out the Conference Registration Form, after which you will receive by email a confirmation link.

In the second step, instead of abstract submission, one page of company’s promotional material (.pdf) can be uploaded. Following the subsequent confirmation email from organizers, the company’s representative can safely proceed to the payment by either credit card or bank transfer.
