IMPORTANT DATES

The international advisory committee of the HYPERFINE 2021 conference series, the program committee and the local organizers invite interested participants to follow the key dates for registration and submissions, as follows:

– Registration and abstract submission will open on 15st November 2020.
– Deadline for abstract submission will be on 1st April 2021
– Acceptance of contributed talks and posters will be communicated on 1st June 2021
– Full paper submission will open on 1st July 2021
– Early bird registration and accommodation booking through organizers will end on 5th July 2021.
– Deadline for full paper submission will be on 5th September, the starting day of the conference.
