Accomodation

The conference venue is the ARO Palace Conference Centre which is situated nearby the historical hearth of Brasov. It offers three modular conference halls, which can accommodate up to 500 persons, six restaurants as well as 300 rooms (the price for this hotel is 112 E/night single and 134 E/night double). However, accommodation in other surrounding 3* and 4* hotels or hostels offering very good conditions at convenient prices as well as downtown friendly restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance are also available proposing a large range of culinary experiences, traditional and modern altogether.

The booking of accommodation will be made directly by the participants. The Local Organizing Committee will arrange with the involved accommodation units the reservation of a reasonable number of rooms up to 45 days before the conference.

• Hotel Casa Chitic: 50 E/night single and 60 E/night double, respectively

• Hotel Bella Muzica: 45 E/night single and 55 E/night double
