Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R)

The National Institute of Materials Physics (NIMP, Institutul National de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Fizica Materialelor-INCDFM in Romanian) endorses the initiative of the European Commission to ensure attractive research careers within the European Research Area and the recommendations given in the European Charter for Researchers and The Code of Conduct for the recruitment of Researchers.

In June 12, 2023, the National Institute of Materials Physics has received the acceptance of the endorsement letter re-submitted to the European Commission, on the 40 principles of European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for Recruitment of Researchers.

A case was open with number 2023RO111493.

The documents related to the initial phase of the process have been submitted in June 2024.
