In the low frequency module, measurements are made between 30 μHz and 10 MHz and at temperatures between -150 °C and +400 °C.
Measuring ranges: Z: 0.01…1014 Ohm, C: 1fF…1F; losses 10-5…104; Ualt: 10-4…3 Vrms; UC: -40…+40 V.
The relative accuracy of impedance, capacitance measurement is <3·10-5; of the loss factor is <3·10-5; of the phase angle is 2·10-3 degrees.
The high frequency module uses the radio frequency reflection technique on a coaxial line.
The frequency range is between 1MHz and 3 GHz, and the temperature range is between -150 °C and +400 °C. The equipment can measure impedances from 0.1 Ohm to 50 kOhm, with a loss factor resolution of <2·10-3 degrees.
For both equipment, the temperature measurement accuracy is 0.01 °C, and the temperature stabilization accuracy is 0.1 °C.
